A Transaction Coordinator (TC) is a real estate professional who manages and monitors all aspects of closing a real estate transaction and is the liaison between all parties. Your TC is responsible for maintaining electronic files and processing all information and documents pertaining to the sale/purchase of a home in cooperation with agents, clients, escrow, and vendors. The TC is the primary point of contact from contract to closing and ensures essential deadlines are met, documents are received, accurate and submitted, so the client and agent experience a smooth closing.
An independent TC provides professional services to you and your team on-demand without the costly overhead and commitment of an employee; no payroll taxes, health benefits, sick/vacation days, software, professional memberships, or staff training expenses to pay for.
Abide TC is fully remote so we utilize our own office space, equipment and software. Although we primarily serve real estate agents in Oklahoma, we gladly serve agents in other states as well. We office in Edmond, Oklahoma and can be available for in-person meetings within the OKC metro area for local clients as needed.

I am an unlicensed TC (meaning I do not have a real estate license) because it allows me to fully focus on the unlicensed tasks and administration side of the transaction while you focus on the licensed tasks like contract writing, showing properties, being the client advocate, and all aspects of the negotiations. As an unlicensed TC, I'm also able to serve agents and teams across a variety of brokerages and states without conflict.
Abide TC maintains accounts with OKCMAR for MLSOK access and is an affiliate member of the Edmond Board of Realtors. Throughout the year I participate in relevant continuing education courses through OKCMAR, EBR and those sponsored by local title and mortgage companies. I have also completed several intensive TC training courses and worked as an interim administrative assistant for the retail property management team of a large commercial real estate agency.

Abide TC will invoice the agent directly for transaction coordination service upon the successful closing. In the event a transaction does not close, there is no fee for the transaction coordination portion of service.
Agents will be billed monthly or as arranged for agent support, marketing, graphic design, and special project services. An invoice will be sent to the agent directly for listing input service when the listing becomes active/coming soon in the MLS.

Abide TC business hours typically follow those of title companies and banks. We are open Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm (CST). Our office is closed on weekends as well as the following holidays; New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday annually), Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve (close at 12pm).
Contracts received before 2:00pm (CST) will be processed before the close of business for current Abide TC clients. Those received after this time or outside of business hours will be processed the next business day for current clients.
