- Create digital file in agent e-signing software (i.e. Dotloop/DocuSign)
- Draft listing documents, send to sellers for completion/signatures after agent approves
- Ensure accurate completion of brokerage required docs and add to compliance file
- Draft MLS listing and upload disclosures, photos, and agent-provided property description/remarks (agent reviews and sends listing live) - this portion of the package is optional
- Add seller info to agent CRM/database (if applicable)
- Listing package fee is paid by agent invoice when listing is set to Coming Soon/Active in MLS
- Creation of an MLS admin account is required for new clients and all associated fees/recurring dues from OKCMAR will be billed to the agent client. Additional setup may be required for TC to also access brokerage platforms.

- Design 1 full color, one-page flyer to compliment your brand
- Design up to 4 social media graphics to compliment your brand: Just Listed, Open House, Under Contract, Just Closed, etc.
- Listing + Marketing package fee is paid by agent invoice when listing is set to Coming Soon/Active in MLS
